This License grants the right to use the PC Security Limited (PCSL) Product on ONE (1) computer at any one time, subject to the conditions set out below.
PCSL Product to which this License applies is:- STOPLOCK
The PCSL Product contains material which is protected by copyright and PCSL retains all rights not expressly granted in this License.
The terms of this License apply to you, the Customer and any User, as the original licensee and any subsequent licensee of the PCSL Product.
This License contains conditions of use customary for personal computer Products and no infringement of PCSL's rights will occur provided these conditions are observed. This License is void if you do not comply with these conditions.
PERMITTED USES
You may:-
Use the PCSL Product on any compatible computer, as specified in the documentation supplied with the Product, provided you use the Product only on ONE (1) computer at any one time.
Modify the Product or merge it with software programmes for use on the single computer. (The PCSL Product continues to be subject to this License.)
Copy the Product for backup or modification purposes provided that the PCSL copyright is retained in all copies.
Install the Product on a personal computer, hard disk, or file server according to the documentation provided with the Product.
Transfer the License, together with the Product, in whole, to another party, provided the other party agrees to accept this License. You the Customer, retain no rights to use the Product after such transfer and all copies must be transferred or destroyed.
PROHIBITED USES
You may not:-
Use the PCSL Product, or make copies of the PCSL Product (media or documentation), except as permitted in this License and described in the documentation supplied with the Product.
Distribute, rent, sub-license or lease the PCSL Product to another party.
Reverse assemble or reverse-compile the Product, without PCSL's prior written consent.
Transfer the License in part to another party.
SOFTWARE UPDATES
PCSL may make available updates or replacement versions of a Product. If you have acquired such an update or replacement and implemented it as specified in the documentation supplied, it is the only version you are entitled to use according to this License. You must destroy or return to PCSL, as specified in the documentation, all copies of the documentation and media for the updated or replaced version.
