  1. The computer program ITSDiag ("Software") is licensed, not sold, by the author, 
  2. for use only under the terms of this License, and the author reserves any rights 
  3. not expressly granted to you. You own the media on which the Software is 
  4. recorded or fixed, but the author retains ownership of the Software itself.

  23. 5.Limitation of Remedies and Damages. In no event will the author be liable to 
  24. you for any consequential, incidental, indirect or special damages whatsoever 
  25. (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business 
  26. interruption, loss of business information and the like), whether foreseeable or 
  27. unforeseeable, arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software or 
  28. accompanying written materials, regardless of the basis of the claim and even if 
  29. the author has been advised of the possibility of such damage.
