  6. WinNavigator is a Shareware. If you intend to use WinNavigator after the 
  7. trial period of 30 days, you must register your copy of WinNavigator or stop 
  8. using it. All copyrights to WinNavigator are exclusively owned by Igor Kokarev.
  9. WinNavigator may be freely distributed, provided the distribution package is 
  10. not modified. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of 
  11. WinNavigator without written permission from the copyright holder.

  13. WINNAVIGATOR IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR 
  14. IMPLIED. YOU USE WINNAVIGATOR AT YOUR OWN RISK. NOBODY WILL BE LIABLE FOR 
  15. DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR 
  16. MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

  19. disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licenced program, or

  22. of this licence and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

  24. The terms of this licence, as well as the WinNavigator features and interface 
  25. design are subjects of changes in future versions of WinNavigator. Installing 
  26. and using WinNavigator signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of 
  27. the licence. If you do not agree with the terms of this licence you must 
  28. remove WinNavigator files from your storage devices and cease to use the 
  29. product.
