SPLASH! provides a true drag and drop WYSYIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) environment for creating Web sites without having to learn HTML or programming. You can drag and drop images and text, drop in Java code, preview pages at different screen resolutions, display page and site statistics, generate site maps, and create tables by simply drawing them with the mouse.
