  3. The Shareware version of Modem Doctor for Windows can be distributed legally
  4. on electronic BBS systems and World-Wide-Web shareware servers, copied and
  5. included in shareware distributors catalogs under the following conditions;

  23.    collected (except a duplication fee where disks are involved or
  24.    the fees charged for BBS or Web access).
