  7. License Agreement

  9. You should carefully read the following terms and conditions
  10. before using this software.  Unless you have a different license
  11. agreement signed by TCDC. Your use of this software indicates your 
  12. acceptance of this license agreement and warranty.
  13.  
  14. Registered Version
  15.  
  16. You may access the registered version of DataArmour through a 
  17. network, provided that you have obtained individual licenses for the
  18. software covering all workstations that will access the software
  19. through the network.  For instance, if 8 different workstations
  20. will access DataArmour on the network, each workstation must have its
  21. own DataArmour license, regardless of whether they use DataArmour at
  22. different times or concurrently.

  24. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
  25. This Software is provided on an "AS IS" basis, without warranty of 
  26. any kind, including without limitation the warranties of merchantability,
  27. fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The entire risk 
  28. as to the quality and performance of the Software is borne by you.

  30. Should the Software prove defective, you and not Neil Clayton or 
  31. TCDC Company assume the entire cost of any service and repair. 
  32. You must determine that the Software sufficiently meets your requirements. 
  33.  
  34. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
  35. Under no circumstances and under no legal theory, tort, contract, 
  36. or otherwise, shall Neil Clayton or his suppliers or Resellers be liable 
  37. to you or any other person for any indirect, special, incidental, 
  38. or consequential damages of any character including, without limitation, 
  39. damages for loss of goodwill, work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, 
  40. or any and all other commercial damages or losses. 
  41. In no event will Neil Clayton or his resellers be liable for any damages 
  42. in excess of Neil Clayton's list price for a license to the software, 
  43. even if Neil Clayton or his resellers shall have been informed of the 
  44. possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any other party. 
  45. This limitation of liability shall not apply to liability for death or 
  46. personal injury to the extent applicable law prohibits such limitation.

  52. This is not free software.  Subject to the terms below, you are
  53. hereby licensed to use this software for evaluation purposes
  54. without charge for a period of 21 days.  If you use this software
  55. after the 21 day evaluation period a registration fee of $29 is
  56. required.

  77. is in violation of U.S. and international copyright laws.

  81. Provided that you verify that you are distributing the evaluation
  82. version (select About from the DataArmour Help menu to check) you are
  83. hereby licensed to make as many copies of the evaluation version of
  84. this software and documentation as you wish; give exact copies of
  85. the original evaluation version to anyone; and distribute the
  86. evaluation version of the software and documentation in its
  87. unmodified form via electronic means.  There is no charge for any
  88. of the above.

  91. donations, for any such copies, however made; and from
  92. distributing the software and/or documentation with other products
