  1. Users of DATABASE BROWSER PLUS(TM) must accept this disclaimer of

  4. "DATABASE BROWSER PLUS(TM) is supplied as is. The author disclaims all 
  5. warranties, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, the 
  6. warranties of merchantability and of fitness for any purpose. The 
  7. author assumes no liability for damages, direct or consequential, which 
  8. may result from the use of DATABASE BROWSER PLUS(TM)."

  10. DATABASE BROWSER PLUS(TM) is a "shareware program" and is provided at 
  11. no charge to the user for evaluation.  Feel free to share it with your 
  12. friends, but please do not give it away altered or as part of another 
  13. system. The essence of "user-supported" software is to provide personal 
  14. computer users with quality software without high prices, and yet to 
  15. provide incentive for programmers to continue to develop new products.

  17. If you find this program useful and find that you are using DATABASE 
  18. BROWSER PLUS(TM) after a reasonable trial period, you must make a 
  19. registration payment of $69.50 (Shipping & Handling is not included) 
  20. to Redei Enterprises. The $69.50 registration fee will license one copy 
  21. for use on any one computer at any one time. You must treat this software 
  22. just like a book. An example is that this software may be used by any number 
  23. of people and may be freely moved from one computer location to another,
  24. so long as there is no possibility of it being used at one location while
  25. it's being used at another. Just as a book cannot be read by two different
  26. persons at the same time.

  28. Commercial users of DATABASE BROWSER PLUS(TM) must register and pay for 
  29. their copies of DATABASE BROWSER PLUS(TM) within 30 days of first use or 
  30. their license is withdrawn. Site-License arrangements may be made by 
  31. contacting Redei Enterprises.

  33. Anyone distributing DATABASE BROWSER PLUS(TM) for any kind of remuneration 
  34. must first contact Redei Enterprises at the address in the REDEI.TXT file 
  35. for authorization. This authorization will be automatically granted to 
  36. distributors recognized by the (ASP) as adhering to its guidelines for 
  37. shareware distributors, and such distributors may begin offering DATABASE 
  38. BROWSER PLUS(TM) immediately (However Redei Enterprises must still be advised so 
  39. that the distributor can be kept up-to-date with the latest version of 
  40. DATABASE BROWSER PLUS(TM).

  42. You are encouraged to pass a copy of DATABASE BROWSER PLUS(TM) along to your 
  43. friends for evaluation. Please encourage them to register their copy if 
  44. they find that they can use it. All registered users will receive a copy 
  45. of the latest version of the DATABASE BROWSER PLUS(TM) system.
