  13. SkyLam Disable PLUS is a powerful Windows utility designed to disable
  14. Windows 95, 98, NT features: quickly and easily disable, or enable 
  15. Windows 95, 98, NT features with a click of a mouse.  The interface is

  88. HOW TO INSTALL
  89. --------------
  90. To install, simply run the SETUP.EXE program from within Windows. The
  91. setup program will install all necessary files to a directory of
  92. your choice, and then create icons for you.

  94. If you later decide that Disable PLUS does not fit your needs,
  95. you may uninstall the program by finding the uninstall
  96. option in the Control Panel. Double-click on the "Add/Remove
  97. Programs" item to uninstall Disable PLUS.)

  101. HOW TO USE
  102. ----------
  103. First, choose the function that you want to disable on the left pane, then
  104. click on it, you'll see a description on what the function that you are 
  105. going to disable or enable will affects your computer. After reading the
  106. description, you may choose to Enable or Disable the function, click on the 
  107. Apply button, and that is, you are done!
