  1. BlasterControl 2.0 Readme

  4. This file contains additional information to supplement the manual.
  5. Please read through all the sections before you proceed with the
  6. installation.
  7.  
  8. Note that this package is meant for users of the Graphics Blaster 
  9. Exxtreme card and 3D Blaster PCI card.  This package can only run on 
  10. Windows 98 with the Graphics Blaster Exxtreme drivers or 3D Blaster 
  11. PCI drivers installed.

  13. GENERAL NOTES :
  14.  
  15.     a.  BlasterControl only works in 256 colors and above.
  16.  
  17.     b.  The Virtual Desktop feature is disabled if your system is
  18.         equipped with two or more display adapters.
  19.  
  20.     c.  Your monitor's refresh rate can be customized using the
  21.         Display Properties dialog box's Settings tab in Windows 98.
  22.  
  23.         To customize your monitor's refresh rate:
  24.  
  25.           i. Click the Start button, point to Settings, and then click
  26.              Control Panel.
  27.          ii. In the Control Panel window, double-click the Display icon.
  28.         iii. In the Display Properties dialog box, click the Settings
  29.              tab, followed by the Advanced button.
  30.          iv. In your graphics card's Properties dialog box, click the
  31.              Adapter tab.
  32.           v. In the Refresh Rate group box, select the refresh rate that
  33.              you want for your graphics card.
