  9.    The RCVT Archive Conversion Utility is a freeware program providing
  10.    conversion of several archive types to one, master type.
  11.  
  12.    RCVT extracts files from the source archive and packs them into the
  13.    new archive, removing the source archive if the new one is valid
  14.    (successfully tested).

  16.    In the configuration file RCVT.CFG archive types (archiver programs
  17.    called to pack, extract and test corresponding archives) and several
  18.    options could be defined.

  20.    The utility is especially developed to convert archives of different
  21.    types to RAR archives in order to get higher compression ratio for
  22.    your data. However it is possible to re-configure RCVT to other master
  23.    archive type - then you need to place it's definition prior to others
  24.    in the configuration file.
