The new VT100.KEY file, with PF13 and PF14 keys follows; it is
named VT100P.KEY to prevent confusion with the old PF1-12 file.
I have tested QMODEM with CICS software which uses these keys and
it has worked perfectly.
We have not tried the additional PF15-PF20 keys since none of
our programs require those keys, but they should be as follows
(for VT100 emulation) according to the protocol converter manual.
PF15 ^[%
PF16 ^[^
PF17 ^[&
PF18 ^[*
PF19 ^[(
PF20 ^[)

These key definitions were created to offer more
compatibility with an MVS System being accessed through a 3708
protocol converter. It offers twelve PF keys as well as other
commonly used keys. It has been tested on MVS/TSO and VM/IS.
