  1.     This update diskette is only for use with Packard Bell computers that 
  2. use the Cirrus Logic video chipset.  
  3.     
  4.     To use the update diskette insert it in the A: drive (3.5" disk drive.)
  5. Shutdown Windows and reboot the computer. Your computer will then start by 
  6. using the information on this diskette.  
  7.  
  8.     After your computer has started it will display a black screen with a
  9. menu containing 2 options.  The first option will allow you to read this file.  The second option starts the update.  
  10.  
  11.     The update is automatic except for the Cirrus Logic 5440.  
  12. To accomplish the 5440 update you will need to be in Windows 95.  Use the 5440 
  13. instructions only if the update program tells you to.
