  3. a. Users can give away copies of A1 Collex Shareware Version provided it is
  4.    complete and unmodified.

  6. b. BBS's may distribute A1 Collex Shareware Version provided it is complete
  7.    and unmodified.

  9. c. A1 Collex may not be included on a CD ROM without a written 
  10.    agreement.

  12. d. A1 Collex may not be sold in stores or to distributors 
  13.    without a written agreement.

  15. e. A1 Collex may be sold by catalog sales for a small fee to 
  16.    cover media and duplicating costs, provided the vendor 
  17.    discloses that it is shareware requiring additional payment 
  18.    to the author.

  20. f. The distributor agrees only to distribute the most up to 
  21.    date version of A1 Collex.

  23. g. Any permissions not explicitly given in this license are 
  24.    reserved.

  50. send $10 cheque or money order either in Canadian or US 
  51. Funds with name and address etc. and receive Collex
  52. with 32 new games and a point and click Game Designer.
  53. The program will be sent on 3 1/2 inch HD diskette through
  54. the mail. Send funds payable to name and address below.

  68. To install A1 Collex
  69. 1) Start Microsoft Windows
  70. 2) Insert diskette into disk drive a
  71. 3) From the Program Manager, select File menu and choose 
  72.    Run.  Windows95 users click start on the task bar then
  73.    select Run.
  74. 4) Type a:\setup and press ENTER
