  6. text incorporated therein, is owned by Trilobyte, Inc. or its suppliers and is protected by United
  7. States copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Except to the extent expressly licensed
  8. herein, all rights are reserved by Trilobyte and its suppliers. You may not reverse engineer,

  21. whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profit, business interruption,
  22. loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to use
  23. this Trilobyte product, even if Trilobyte has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
