~The Boring, Legal Bit
This information attempts to set out "who owns what" and "who does
what" in respect to all issues of Cheet Sheets, starting with issue
31, upto and including this issue and all subsequent issues using
code supplied by Neil Gorin.

Mr Roberts is the Editor of Cheet Sheets. All documents within
this publication are either supplied by himself, or via persons
who provide documents to him. In all cases, Mr Roberts attempts
to make sure (by either contacting the individual who supplied
the document or the BBS from which he downloaded it) that the
document is either copyright free or he has the permission of the
copyright holder to distribute it. All articles are published in
good faith. Where screen shots have been used to illustrate
reviews, Mr Roberts has personally contacted the software house
in question to ensure that the screen shots may be included.
NB: By-The-Way is Mr Robert's house. No business is run under
this name.

Mr Gorin provides the wrap around program "CHEET.EXE" and any
assorted files required to make this program work. Copyright for
the Cheet Sheets user interface (i.e. the CHEET.EXE program)
belongs to Mr Gorin, although he has kindly let Mr Roberts use the
Cheet Sheets user interface and various installation/text viewing
utilities without charge. Mr Gorin has no input to the magazine,
with the occasional exception of articles written by himself,
each of which is clearly marked as having been written by Mr
Gorin. Mr Gorin assumes no copyright or entitlement relating to
the contents, articles or otherwise viewed through his user
interface program, and does not contribute, edit or provide the
articles himself, with the exception of occasionally modifying
the article's first line to ensure that it will be displayed
correctly within the user interface program.

Eurowave Leisure assume copyright for the overall Cheet Sheets
monthly magazine, with the exception of any software supplied by
Mr Gorin, above.
~Music Files

sources (for example, the Sound and Vision CD ROM or the Shareware
Extravaganza CD ROM). As these MOD files are distributed on these
CD ROMs as "Public Domain" we cannot be held responsible if they
later turn out not to be. Again, we include the music .MOD files
in good faith.
