  1. END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR 
  2. Citrix « WinFrame (TM) Web Client.
  3.  
  4. IMPORTANT READ CAREFULLY: This Microsoft
  5. End-User License Agreement (EULA) is a
  6. legal agreement between you (either an
  7. individual or a single entity) and Microsoft
  8. Corporation for the Microsoft software
  9. product identified above, which includes
  10. computer software and associated media and
  11. printed materials (if any), and may include
  12. online or electronic documentation (SOFTWARE
  13. PRODUCT or SOFTWARE). By installing, copying,
  14. or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT,
  15. you agree to be bound by the terms of this
  16. EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of
  17. this Agreement, you are not authorized to
  18. use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
  19.  
  20. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by
  21. copyright laws and international copyright
  22. treaties, as well as other intellectual
  23. property laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE
  24. PRODUCT is licensed, not sold.
  25.  
  26. 1. GRANT OF LICENSE. This EULA grants you
  27. the following rights:
  28.     Use and Copy. Microsoft grants to you
  29. the right to use copies of the SOFTWARE
  30. PRODUCT only in conjunction with a validly
  31. licensed copy of Microsoft« Windows« 95 and
  32. Windows NT «. You may download and make copies
  33. of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT for use on all computers
  34. for which you have licensed Windows 95 or Windows NT.
  35. You may also make copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT
  36. for backup and archival purposes.

  38. 2.  RESTRICTIONS.
  39. --You must maintain all copyright notices on
  40. all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.   
  41. --You may not distribute copies of the
  42. SOFTWARE PRODUCT to third parties.   
  43. --You may not reverse engineer, decompile,
  44. or disassemble the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, except
  45. and only to the extent that such activity is
  46. expressly permitted by applicable law
  47. notwithstanding this limitation.
  48. --You may not rent or lease the SOFTWARE 
  49. PRODUCT. 
  50. --You may permanently transfer all of your
  51. rights under this EULA only in conjunction
  52. with a permanent transfer of your validly
  53. licensed copy or copies of Windows 95 or
  54. Windows NT.

  56. 3.  Termination. Your rights under this EULA
  57. terminate upon the termination of your
  58. Windows 95 or Windows NT EULA, or without
  59. prejudice to any other rights, Microsoft may
  60. terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with
  61. the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such
  62. event, you must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE
  63. PRODUCT.

  65. 4.  COPYRIGHT. All title and copyrights in
  66. and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and any copies
  67. thereof are owned by Microsoft or its
  68. suppliers. All title and intellectual property
  69. rights in and to the content which may be accessed
  70. through use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is the
  71. property of the respective content owner and
  72. may be protected by applicable copyright or
  73. other intellectual property laws and treaties.
  74. This EULA grants you no rights to use such
  75. content.

  77. 5.  U.S. GOVERNMENT RESTRICTED RIGHTS.
  78. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is provided with
  79. RESTRICTED RIGHTS. Use, duplication, or
  80. disclosure by the Government is subject to
  81. restrictions as set forth in subparagraph
  82. (c)(1)(ii) of the Rights in Technical Data
  83. and Computer Software clause at DFARS
  84. 252.227-7013 or subparagraphs (c)(1) and
  85. (2) of the Commercial Computer Software
  86. Restricted Rights at 48 CFR 52.227-19, as
  87. applicable. Manufacturer is Microsoft
  88. Corporation/One Microsoft Way/Redmond, WA
  89. 98052-6399.

  91. 6.  NO WARRANTY. ANY USE OF THE SOFTWARE
  92. PRODUCT IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.  THE
  93. SOFTWARE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED FOR USE
  94. ONLY WITH MICROSOFT WINDOWS 95 OR WINDOWS NT
  95. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE
  96. LAW, MICROSOFT AND ITS SUPPLIERS
  97. DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS,
  98. EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING,
  99. BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES
  100. OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A
  101. PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

  103. 7.  NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL
  104. DAMAGES.
  105. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY
  106. APPLICABLELAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL
  107. MICROSOFT OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE
  108. FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT,
  109. OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER
  110. (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES
  111. FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS
  112. INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS
  113. INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY
  114. LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR
  115. INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT,
  116. EVEN IF MICROSOFT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF
  117. THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
  118. BECAUSE SOME STATES AND JURISDICTIONS
  119. DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR
  120. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR
  121. CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES,
  122. THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY
  123. TO YOU.

  125. 8.  LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.  MICROSOFT'S
  126. ENTIRE LIABILITY AND YOUR EXCLUSIVE
  127. REMEDY UNDER THIS EULA SHALL NOT EXCEED
  128. FIVE DOLLARS (US$5.00).

  130. 9. MISCELLANEOUS
  131. This EULA is governed by the laws of the
  132. State of Washington, U.S.A.
