  4. 97.08.01: Version 2.5

  6. - Added a multi-open facility: via the File Open dialog you can now select
  7.   multiple maps for opening simultaneously, and you can choose to
  8.   automatically open all maps linked to those.
  9. - The branch type (i.e. standard or map-link) can now be changed when
  10.   editing a branch. The old command menu names 'Edit' and 'Edit Link' have
  11.   been changed to 'Properties'.
  12. - Web-browser-style 'Back' and 'Next' buttons have been added to the main tool
  13.   bar to allow you to easily track back and forth between maps you have open
  14.   (or those you have opened and subsequently closed).
  15. - Added support to allow you to change the following directories:
  16.   - local data directory,
  17.   - default Save As directory.
  18. - The Icon Editor and Default Icon File commands on the Tools menu have been
  19.   rationalised and replaced by a single File Locations command (which also
  20.   supports changing the 2 new directory locations).
  21. - Added wheel-button mouse (such as Microsoft IntelliMouse 2.0) support to:
  22.   - scroll maps vertically,
  23.   - zoom in and out,
  24.   - datazoom in and out (i.e. outlining).
  25. - The colours and colour-sequence used for auto-colouring of maps are now
  26.   user-configurable via the Auto-colouring command on the Tools menu.
  27. - Added convenient new window management commands to the Window menu.
  28. - Added VisiMap Viewer program to allow those who do not have VisiMap to view
  29.   and print maps you create. You can also redistribute the VisiMap Viewer
  30.   royalty-free (the VisiMap Viewer is available via the CoCo Systems web site
  31.   at http://www.coco.co.uk).
  32. - Added Office97-like active buttons to the tool bars, and added 'tool tips'.
  33. - On MBCS systems (Kanji, etc.), MBCS characters will now invoke speed entry.
  34. - Added Cut, Copy and Paste commands to the QuickEditor's right-button context
  35.   menu.
  36. - Various other print options are now also saved between sessions.
  37. - A few minor bugs from earlier versions have also been fixed.

  41. - Fixed GPF that occurred on linking to maps whose titles were very long (and
  42.   when cutting a long-named branch to a linked map).
  43. - Fixed multiple-dialog error that sometimes occurred when selecting an icon

  45. - Added an option to Preferences general page to control the use of branch
  46.   fonts in dialog boxes.

  77. - The fit-to-window view now maintains the aspect ratio of scaled maps (to

  96. - NB: All branches of a map in map view are now displayed and read in a fully
  97.   clockwise direction (i.e. left-side child branches are displayed bottom to
  98.   top).
  99. - Fixed occasional disappearance of the branch list in the Order Branches
  100.   dialog when moving entries.
  101. - Fixed printer auto-orientation detection under Windows NT.
