  21. You are licensed to use this Evaluation Copy of MOZART for no longer
  22. than 30 days after first installation.

  24. Thereafter you may discard it, pass it on (see distribution licence
  25. below), or buy the MOZART Virtuoso Edition which is licensed
  26. indefinitely.

  33. MOZART, or individuals simply passing it on to friends,  must
  34. comply with the following restrictions:

  37. Copy" also denoted "Unregistered Edition".   (Edition
  38. information is found from the "About Mozart" command on
  39. the help menu.)

  42. months old, please contact the author before distributing the
  43. package, since it is likely that a more recent version will
  44. be available.

  47. catalogues, or other literature which describes our products
  48. as "FREE SOFTWARE".    Shareware is "Try-Before-You-Buy"

  79. MOZART is normally distributed as a ZIP archive which should
  80. be called "mozart20.zip" for version 2.0.x, "mozart21.zip" for
  81. version 2.1.x and so on. (Version information is found from
  82. "About Mozart" on MOZART's Help menu.)

  84. The overall version number of this dual installation package
  85. must be taken from the 32 bit version which is the one that
  86. installs automatically in Windows 95 or NT.

  88. Of course, other file name extensions are perfectly acceptable
  89. when compression programs other than PKZIP are used.

  91. The package must be distributed "as is". You may add your own
  92. short promotional files to the package, but no files must be
  93. removed from it.

  166. MOZART will run on any computer supporting Windows,   although a
  167. fast 486-based computer or better, is strongly recommended. MOZART
  168. does a lot of drawing (blitting) to the screen and an accelerated
  169. video card enhances scrolling speed.

  171. MOZART 1 runs under Windows 95, Windows NT,  and OS/2.
  172. MOZART 2.0 runs under Windows 95, Windows NT, (and on some systems
  173. under Windows 3.1 if win32s v1.30.172 or later is present).

  175. Music can be printed on any dot-matrix, ink-jet or laser printer
  176. supported by Windows.  Reasonable quality results can be obtained
  177. even from a 9-pin dot-matrix printer.

  179. MOZART 1 requires less than 2MB of disk space.
