  1. This file contains a number of forms which may be used to
  2. register ChaoSoft products under a site license arrangement or
  3. to order a disk with the latest version from ChaoSoft:
  4.  
  5.   - regular order form (payment with a check or money order)
  6.   - credit card order form
  7.   - disk with the latest version order form
  8.  
  9. Choose one of the forms below, fill it in, print it out and
  10. send it to the address shown at the bottom of each form.
  11.  
  12. For individual orders, please use the REGISTER.EXE utility,
  13. supplied with the package.  It will lead you through the regis-
  14. tration process and print out the appropriate form for you!
  15.  
  16. NOTE:  Credit card orders should be sent to Public (software)
  17.        Library to be processed, NOT to ChaoSoft!  Thank you.
  18.  
  19. NOTE:  If you are within the contiguous USA, and have choosen the
  20.        'Bill me' option, you may send the order via e-mail to the
  21.        Internet address 74634.2173@CompuServe.Com (or directly to
  22.        74634,2173 by CIS mail) to speed up the processing of your
  23.        order.
