  25. via shareware channels, hereafter to be designated as Shareware, Shareware 
  26. package, or Stella 2000 software package.

  28. For definitions and explanations pertaining to matters of copyright and
  29. shareware distribution, we would direct you to the files Shr-ware.txt and
  30. ShareW.txt included as part of the Stella 2000 software package.

  33. Employment of any description, including adaptation or paraphrase of
  34. such, not to be found either in this document, VENDINFO.DIZ, 
  35. or FILE_ID.DIZ, if deemed inappropriate by Swimming Elk Software, may 
  36. result in the invalidation of license permissions previously granted.

  121. Stella 2000 - 32-bit Windows astronomy. Explore realistic skies in real
  122. time, complete with observing log, live ephemeris, location browser, and a
  123. sophisticated search embracing planets, comets, DSOs, and over 9000 stars.
  124. Choose between 4 different celestial projections to mould the night sky to
  125. your preference, and observe from between 0-90 degrees of elevation and
  126. 0-360 degrees of the compass in either a resizeable window or in a faithful
  127. full-screen mode. Advance, retard, or animate the simulation's clock by
  128. years, months, days, minutes, and seconds of both sidereal or solar time.
  129. Stella builds upon the unique aspects and verisimilitude of its precursor
  130. Coeli - Electric Planisphere to bring effects such as scintillation,
  131. refraction, extinction, and precession in point-source, spotlight, and the
  132. new photoplate display modes. Subtler color gradations accurately reflect a
  133. star's true character, and the complete Messier catalog in ImageIcons
  134. features as an integral part of the new package, which is crowned by the
  135. facility to record your real-sky observations quickly and conveniently as
  136. and when you make them. Both the sky and the ephemerides may be printed in
  137. either mono or colour, with both horizon and equatorial grids, aequator,
  138. ecliptic, horizon, constellation lines, names, boundaries and legends.
