* you can ALLWAYS uninstall it Completely using:
ControlPanel- software - uninstall AvirMail.
NOTE - COMPANY OWNER AND WEBMASTER !!

How to install
-----------------
After you've downloaded the avirmail.zip file, copy it to
an empty directory, and unzip it. (You've already done it
if you can read this file..)
Double-click the setup.exe file, thatÆs it.
You may be asked to reboot the system if you have older
components for windows95/NT.
Do not worry, click OK and the setup will install the new
components for you.
You might then need to restart the installation.
(double-click setup.exe)
How to Configure
--------------------
Program start: look for AvirMail in start menu and
double-click it. You will see a small "v" icon in
system tray.(down on the right beside the system clock)
Double-click it.(or, with right mouse click choose: "Show" )
Configuration Tab set:
POP3 SETTING:
give your POP3 server address
(Usually mail.yourprovider.com or pop.yourprovider.com
your ID name
your password
DAIL-UP SETTING:
Choose dial-up connection name you use normally.
Telefon Nr.
your ID name
your password
TIME SETTING:
You have the possibility, to mail check automatically
only when you are ANYWAY online, to do this,
activate the "But only when on line" option.
Do not forget to save your settings!!!!!
TIPS
----------------
- Double-Click on the "v" icon to Show/Hide program
- a red icon means you are on line
- Activate the "Auto run at computer start" option, so
you'll never have to think about starting it.
