  38. Personal AVI Editor is a fast and easy-to-use AVI video editing
  39. program with one video-track and one audio-track. Digital effects
  40. include fade, wipe, wave-mix, titles, and super impose. More
  41. digital effects are available. Personal AVI Editor can capture
  42. audio and/or video. It also features synchronization of tracks and
  43. a preview function.
  44. A plug-in SDK is available free of charge upon request.

  94. 1) Make sure that you have the latest version (check out
  95.    http://www.flickerfree.com).
  96. 2) Download PAE1xx.ZIP (Personal AVI Editor) and VFWxxx.ZIP (the
  97.    latest Video for Windows runtime) and unzip them to the same
  98.    directory.
  99. 3) Make sure that you OVERWRITE THE CTL3D.DL_ FROM PAE1xx.ZIP
  100.    WITH THE CTL3D.DL_ FROM VFWxxx.ZIP
  101. 4) Make sure that you DON'T OVERWRITE THE FILE_ID.DIZ FROM
  102.    PAE1xx.ZIP WITH THE FILE_ID.DIZ FROM VFWxxx.ZIP
  103. 5) Remember that INSTALL.EXE is used to install the program.
  104. 6) Please notify us when you're using Personal AVI Editor on a
  105.    cover disc. We would like to know what magazine and which issue
  106.    you're using it for. If possible please also mail us a copy of
