  14. fmnet\setup\           to the FAXmaker printer driver. The fax server is 
  15.                   32 bit and runs as a full service  under NT.

  24.                or print to the FAXmaker printer driver which starts 
  25.                up the exchange client to send the message. FAXmaker 
  26.                for Exchange can be administered from the Exchange 
  27.                administrator, which will allow you to set user
  28.                settings, cover pages  and templates,billing codes 
  29.                and more. To install FAXmaker for Exchange you need
