  20. MP3 Wizard was designed to encode/decode mp3's with ease using
  21. l3enc.exe & l3dec.exe (not included). Also included is an MP3
  22. Internal Tag editor, to internally tag mp3's with correct name,
  23. genre, etc. For Win 95/98/NT

  28. Run the setup.exe file included.

  32. This program is FREEWARE, and encouraged to be freely distributed
  33. so long as it has the files it came with.
