  10. This version of WordPerfect Internet Publisher ("Software") is
  11. offered for use only in conjunction with, and by those licensed
  12. to use, WordPerfect 6.1 for Windows.  Any other use is strictly
  13. prohibited.  The Software is licensed under the terms of the
  14. Software License Agreement you received with WordPerfect 6.1 for 
  15. Windows.

  17.                 Limited Warranty
  18. The Software is licensed AS IS. If the materials or media you
  19. received, if any, are defective, return them to Novell within 90
  20. days of the date of purchase and they will be replaced at no
  21. charge.

  23. THE SOFTWARE IS NOT WARRANTED FOR USE ON SYSTEMS WITH WHICH IT IS
  24. NOT COMPATIBLE.  NOVELL MAKES NO WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION NOT
  25. SET FORTH IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.  NOVELL DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED 
  26. WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
  27. PURPOSE.  NOVELL DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE AND
  28. DOCUMENTATION ARE WITHOUT DEFECT.  NOVELL'S LIABILITY ARISING
  29. FROM YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE, DOCUMENTATION, OR RELATED 
  30. SERVICES IS LIMITED TO YOUR PURCHASE PRICE.  NEITHER NOVELL NOR
  31. ANY OF ITS LICENSORS SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, 
  32. CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.  NEITHER NOVELL NOR
  33. ANY OF ITS LICENSORS IS RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PROFITS OR DATA OR
