  23. The support contract entitles you to technical support by e-mail and free
  24. upgrades to your version of HotDog, for 12 months from the date of sale.
  25. If you do not have the support contract then upgrades will be offered to
  26. you at a discounted price, and technical support will be available from
  27. the hotdog-support mailing list. See our web site for further details.
