  5. The Isle of Four Winds: Rune War (or Rune War) is NOT a 
  6. public domain program.  It is copyrighted by Arcanium Productions.
  7. This software and accompanying documentation are protected by 
  8. Canadian copyright law and also by international treaty provisions.
  9.  
  10. You may not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile,
  11. disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed
  12. program except as provided in this agreement.  Any such 
  13. unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic 
  14. termination of this license.
  15. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by Arcanium
  16. Productions.

  19. LIMITED DISTRIBUTION LICENSE

  21. You are hereby allowed to distribute Rune War freely if the following
  22. conditions are met:

  24. 1. You do not change any of the components accompanying Rune War, the 
  25.    documents, data, sounds, or the binary itself.
  26. 2. You distribute Rune War as a whole, and on its own (not as part of
  27.    a bundle of software).
  28. 3. You do not sell the software on its own, or as part of a bundle
  29.    of software.

  31. If you wish to distribute the rwdemo11.zip package beyond the 
  32. conditions of this license, you must contact Arcanium Productions 
  33. and gain permission. (See the ReadMe.txt for contact information).

  35. Permission to distribute the rwdemo package is not transferable, 
  36. assignable, saleable, or franchisable.  All who wish to 
  37. distribute the package must independently satisfy the terms of 
  38. this limited distribution license.

  41. notifying you in writing.  All rights not expressly granted here
