  1. ShutDown LICENSE AGREEMENT

  4. GRANT OF LICENSE.  Chris Bluethman grants to you the right to use one
  5. copy of the ShutDown Program ("Software") on one machine at a time
  6. for a period of thirty (30) days.  After that, you must license the
  7. software or cease using it.  The licensing fee is $10 per license.
  8. Site licenses are available.
  9.  
  10. COPYRIGHT.  The Software is owned by Chris Bluethman or its
  11. suppliers and is protected by United States copyright laws and
  12. international treaty provisions and you may not remove the copyright
  13. notice from any copy of the Software.
  14.  
  15. OTHER RESTRICTIONS.  This License Agreement is your proof of license
  16. to exercise the rights granted herein and must be retained by you.
  17. You may not rent or lease the Software.  You may not reverse engineer,
  18. decompile or disassemble the Software.
  19.  
  20. NO WARRANTY.  ANY USE BY YOU OF THE SOFTWARE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
  21. THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED FOR USE "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY
  22. KIND.  CHRIS BLUETHMAN AND ITS SUPPLIERS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY
  23. KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION,
  24. IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
  25. PURPOSE.

  27. NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.  In no event shall HT
  28. Software or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever
  29. (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business
  30. profits, business interruption, loss of business information,
  31. or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to
  32. use this product.  Because some states do not allow the exclusion
  33. or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages,
  34. the above limitation may not apply to you.

  36. U.S. GOVERNMENT RESTRICTED RIGHTS
  37.  
  38. The Software and documentation are provided with RESTRICTED RIGHTS.
  39. Use, duplication, or disclosure by the Government is subject to
  40. restrictions as set forth in subparagraph (c)(1)(ii) of The Rights
  41. in Technical Data and Computer Software clause at DFARS 252.227-7013
  42. or subparagraphs (c)(1) and (2) of the Commercial Computer Software -
  43. Restricted Rights at 48 CFR 52.227-19, as applicable.

  45. If you acquired this product in the United States, this Agreement is
  46. governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.  If you acquired this
  47. product outside the United States, local law may apply.
