The database billing template is a special template used to automatically create a database that records and stores billing information on a Notes server.
The billing database is updated regularly as billing occurs by the billing addin task. The classes of billing are determined by the BillingClass line in the server's NOTES.INI file. The billing addin task can be present in the ServerTasks line of the server's NOTES.INI file or started by issuing the LOAD BILLING command at the server.
To the Server Administrator/Database Manager:
Access Control List:
The Access Control List (ACL) is set up so that by default, the server is defined as manager. Immediately after the Billing Database is created, the server administrator should change the ACL to make him/herself manager of the database.
The default access is Reader.
The administrator maintains the ACL. He/she may change the default access or add additional managers.
