  17. Select a user to be the owner of the machine.  The Help screen shows a list
  18. of valid logins.  If you want to create a new user to be the owner, enter
  19. the text "new_user".

  36. The owner will have permission to perform administrative tasks such as
  37. adding new user accounts and network management.  The owner may give
  38. permission to other user logins to accomplish these tasks by using the
  39. User Setup facility in the Desktop Manager.
