  18.      Voice Blaster 2.0 is a shareware product of Millennium
  19.      Software Products. You may feel free to make copies and pass
  20.      them to friends for their evaluation (you must pass all the
  21.      files described in the 'README.TXT' file with the VBLASTER
  22.      program).  If you decide to use of this software, you are
  23.      expected to pay a registration fee. If you received this
  24.      software from a shareware vendor or computer club who charged
  25.      $3 or $6 you have only paid a DISTRIBUTION or HANDLING FEE to
  26.      produce an EVALUATION disk of which NO PORTION goes to the
  27.      author of the software.  Please send in your registration
  28.      and receive the benefits described in this document, and to
  29.      allow Millennium Software Products to continue to bring you

  120.                        VOICE BLASTER QUICK PLAY

  124.      Voice Blaster Quick Play is also included free!

  126.      Voice Blaster Quick Play is a program written to receive an
  127.      optional passing parameter that is the filename you wish to
  128.      play.  If the filename is found, VB Quick play will run
  129.      minimized while playing the specified file.  After the file
  130.      is played, VB Quick Play automatically exits.  An excellent
  131.      program to use to add .WAV file support in your Windows
  132.      applications.  The calling Window will remain active while
  133.      the .WAV file is being played in the background in a
  134.      minimized window.  An example of playing a .WAV file from the
  135.      Program Manager is:

  138.           "c:\windows\vbqplay.exe tada.wav"

  200.      Phone support is given for a total connection time of at 
  201.      least 30 minutes, depending on the problem.  Support to 
  202.      registered users will be given for at least 90 days, maybe
  203.      more.  If a problem cannot be solved due to incompatabilites,
  204.      the registered user will have the option of returning his
  205.      registered materials for a full refund.

  243.      Users of VBLASTER must accept this disclaimer of warranty:

  245.      VBLASTER is supplied as is.  The author disclaims all
  246.      warranties, expressed or implied, including, without 
  247.      limitation, the warranties of merchantability and of fitness 
  248.      for any purpose. The author assumes no liability for damages, 
  249.      direct or consequential, which may result from the use of 
  250.      VBLASTER.

  252.      VBLASTER is a "shareware program" and is provided at no charge
  253.      to the user for evaluation.  Feel free to share it with your
  254.      friends, but please do not give it away altered or as part of
  255.      another system.  The essence of "user-supported" software is 
  256.      to provide personal computer users with quality software 
  257.      without high prices, and yet to provide incentive for

  264.      this software just like a book.  An example is that this 
  265.      software may be used by any number of people and may be 
  266.      freely moved from one computer location to another, so long 
  267.      as there is no possibility of it being used at one location 
  268.      while it's being used at another.  Just as a book cannot be 
  269.      read by two different persons at the same time.

  271.      Commercial users of VBLASTER must register and pay for their
  272.      copies of VBLASTER within 30 days of first use or their 
  273.      license is withdrawn.  Site-License arrangements may be made 
  274.      by contacting Millennium Software.

  276.      Shareware Vendors have permission to distribute VBLASTER for 
  277.      a fair distribution fee not to exceed $10.00.  You must make 
  278.      it clear in your catalogs and CD Rom Shareware disks that 
  279.      your products are shareware software, and that your charge
  280.      for distributing does not include registration to the 
  281.      authors.  Anyone distributing VBLASTER must also notify 
  282.      Millennium Software Products in writing so that we can send
  283.      updates to you.

  285.      You are encouraged to pass a copy of VBLASTER along to your
  286.      friends for evaluation.  Please encourage them to register 
  287.      their copy if they find that they can use it.  All 
  288.      registered users will receive a copy of the latest version 
  289.      of the VBLASTER system.
