  1. Uninstall Instructions for Penny Penguin's Math Bingo

  4. PLEASE NOTE:  If you are installing the registered version
  5. of "Penny Penguin's Math Bingo" you do NOT need to uninstall the
  6. shareware version first.  The "Penny Penguin's Math Bingo" install
  7. program will copy over your old files and program icons with
  8. new ones.

  12. A)  WINDOWS 95 VERSION
  13.  
  14.     1.  Delete the program files from your hard drive
  15.         a.  Click on Start/Programs/Microsoft Explorer.
  16.                 Click once on "mbingo" to highlight it, not on 
  17.                 the + to the left of it.  Select "Delete" from the 
  18.                 "File" menu.
  19.          b.  When you are sure you no longer want these files
  20.                 double-click on the Recycle Bin on your desktop,
  21.                 and select "Empty Recycle Bin" from the "File" menu.
  22.     2.  Remove the program and group from the Start Menu Programs
  23.         a.  Click on Start/Settings/Taskbar.  Select the
  24.                 "Start Menu Programs" tab.  Click "Remove" and click
  25.                 on "Penny Penguin's Math Bingo", to highlight it.  Do not 
  26.         click on the + to the left of it.  If you did, now
  27.         click on the - to the left of it.  Click "Remove."
  28.     3.  Your uninstall is complete.

  31. B)  WINDOWS 3.1 VERSION
  32.  
  33.     1.  Delete the program files from your hard drive
  34.             a.  From Windows, double-click on the "Main" group.
  35.                 Then double-click on "File Manager."  Find the
  36.                 directory where the program directories
  37.                 exist.  If you used the default when installing the
  38.                 program, the directories will be in:
  39.                         c:\mbingo
  40.                 (See "FINDING YOUR PROGRAM FILES" below if you have
  41.                 difficulty locating your program files.)
  42.             b.  Highlight the c:\mbingo directory.  Do this by first
  43.                 clicking on the "C" near the top of the inner window
  44.                 of the File Manager.  Click once on "MBINGO."  You
  45.                 may need to scroll down the list of directories to do so.
  46.             c.  When "MBINGO" is highlighted, press the Delete key.
  47.         2.  Delete the program group and program icon
  48.             a.  From Windows, click just ONCE on the Penny Penguin's
  49.                 Math Bingo icon. If you see a pop-up menu above the
  50.                 Penny Penguin's Math Bingo icon, click anywhere else
  51.                 on the screen to close the menu.
  52.             b.  Press the Delete key (or select File/Delete).
  53.     3.  Your uninstall is complete.

  58. FINDING YOUR PROGRAM FILES
  59.  
  60. There is a quick way to determine where your program files are
  61. located on your hard drive.  In Windows, double-click on
  62. the LatticeWork Software group to open the group.  Then click
  63. just once on the "Penny Penguin's Math Bingo" icon.  From the "File"
  64. menu select "Properties."  Under working directory you will see
  65. the directory where the program files are located.
