Have you ever installed a program and get the message "File is linked to

d) Minor Bug Fixes.
------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. What does SafeInstall Do?
SafeInstall monitors your system directory for any file deletes or
overwrites of any 16 or 32-bit dll, ocx, or vbx files. SafeInstall
does not prevent the operation from occuring, but it will save the
existing version and will compare the versions the next time you
restart SafeInstall.
SafeInstall will also examine your WININIT.INI file on exit and backup
all files being replaced during reboot.
------------------------------------------------------------------------
3. How do I make it work?
SafeInstall works automatically. SafeInstall waits silently in the
system tray. On bootup or start of SafeInstall, it checks the versions
of the newly installed files. If any are older, it will ask you to
correct it.
------------------------------------------------------------------------
2. Can I get replaced files back?
SafeInstall by default makes a backup of all replaced files and
stores them in the "Backup" subdirectory of your installation folder.
