  95. Due to a problem with these versions of Windows 95, the SWEEP for Windows 95
  96. Setup program cannot run successfully. If you try to install SWEEP for 
  97. Windows 95 on such a system, the Setup program will fail immediately after
  98. the initial splash screen has been displayed. This is due to a known problem
  99. with the system library COMCTL32.DLL.

  101. An updated version of this file, which fixes the problem, is supplied with
  102. Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.01 and later, or can be downloaded separately
  103. from the Microsoft FTP site:

  159. SWEEP for Windows 95 is now capable of disinfecting Office 97 viruses.

  161. Multiple Language support
  162. -------------------------

  164. SWEEP for Windows 95 now supports the following languages:
  165.     English
  166.     German
  167.     Japanese

  169. SETUP will automatically install the appropriate language support files 
  170. based on the regional settings for your computer. If you run SETUP on a 
  171. supported language platform, the language support files will be 
  172. installed along with the standard SWEEP for Windows 95 components.
  173.  
  174. The support files will be installed to the following sub-folders in
  175. the "SWEEP for Windows 95" program folder:
  176.       English     - always installed.
  177.       German      - \DEU sub-folder
  178.       Japanese    - \JPN sub-folder
  179.  
  180. If you wish to install specific language support files, run SETUP with
  181. the command line qualifier "-LANG=JPN" or "-LANG=DEU".
  182. For example:
  183.  
  184.   a:\SETUP -LANG=JPN
  185.  
  186. If you do not wish to install the Japanese support files, use the SETUP
  187. command line qualifier "-lang=ENG".
  188. For example:

  190.   a:\SETUP -lang=ENG

  192. You can check the regional settings of your computer in:
  193.       "Control Panel" - "Regional Settings"
  194. on the Start menu.
