  1. Three year anti-virus support:

  3. For three years from the date you register your copy of Integrity Master,
  4. Stiller Research will provide the following support at our expense:

  6.  o If we discover a virus which can infect your PC and not be detected
  7.    by Integrity Master, we will be notify you as soon as we confirm this
  8.    threat.
  9.  
  10.    This refers to Integrity Master's ability to detect unknown viruses
  11.    by detecting changes to affected executable files (i.e. *.EXE +
  12.    *.COM) or boot sectors on your PC. THIS DOES NOT REFER TO
  13.    NOTIFICATION EACH TIME A VIRUS APPEARS WHICH WE DO NOT RECOGNIZE BY
  14.    NAME AS A KNOWN VIRUS.  Since new viruses appear daily, this would be
  15.    unrealistic.

  17.    Please read the chapter on detecting unknown viruses for details on how
  18.    Integrity Master detects (new) unknown viruses.  Clearly, Integrity
  19.    Master can't name and otherwise identify a newly created virus.
  20.    (This virus won't even have a name until it is analyzed and a name is
  21.    agreed upon.) (In many cases, new viruses STILL can be identified by
  22.    name, since most new viruses are not really new but are modifications
  23.    of existing viruses.  Integrity Master works by detecting certain core
  24.    virus characteristics which are often still present in a modified
  25.    virus.)

  27.  o We will provide instructions on what precautions to take and deliver
  28.    a version of Integrity Master designed to handle this virus as soon
  29.    as it's available.

  31.  o This offer applies only to the hardware upon which you originally
  32.    installed Integrity Master and the DOS operating environment.
