  1. The shareware system and the continued availability of quality shareware
  2. products depend on your willingness to register and pay for the shareware you
  3. use. The registration fees you pay allow authors to support and continue to
  4. develop quality products.

  6. As a software user, you benefit from this system because you get to try the
  7. software and determine whether it meets your needs before you pay for it.  You
  8. should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using this
  9. software.  Unless you have a separate written license agreement signed by
  10. Acrasoft, your use of this software indicates your acceptance of this license
  11. agreement and warranty.

  13. GroundControl is covered by copyright. When you acquire GroundControl under this
  14. shareware arrangement, you are actually acquiring a license to use it, not own
  15. it. You acquire the license from Acrasoft.  Acrasoft allows purchasers to make
  16. and distribute copies of the software, but if, after testing the software, you
  17. adopt it for use, you must register it.

  19. Registered Version
  20. One registered copy of GroundControl may either be used by a single person who
  21. uses the software personally on one or more computers, or installed on a single
  22. workstation used nonsimultaneously by multiple people, but not both.  You may
  23. access the registered version of GroundControl through a network, provided that
  24. you have obtained individual licenses for the software covering all workstations
  25. that will access the software through the network.  For instance, if 8 different
  26. workstations will access GroundControl on the network, each workstation must
  27. have its own GroundControl license, regardless of whether they use GroundControl
  28. at different times or concurrently. Modifications to the software are not
  29. allowed.  Decompiling (i.e., reverse engineering) of the program code, or
  30. development of new works built upon the package (derivative works) are not
  31. allowed without expressed written permission of Acrasoft.  You can make archival
  32. copies, but you are required to pay for all copies adopted for use.
