  1. LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR VISUALROUTE
  2.  
  3. This License Agreement is a legal agreement between you
  4. (an individual or an entity) and Datametrics Systems
  5. Corporation for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT identified above,
  6. which includes computer software and electronic
  7. documentation. You should carefully read the following
  8. terms and conditions before using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
  9.  
  10. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold.  The SOFTWARE
  11. PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international
  12. copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property
  13. laws and treaties.  By installing, copying, or otherwise
  14. using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you are agreeing to be bound
  15. by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the
  16. terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to use the
  17. SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

  19. 1. GRANT OF LICENSE. Datametrics grants you the non-
  20. exclusive right to install and use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT
  21. on a single computer system. If you install the trialware
  22. version of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you have 30-days in which
  23. to try the SOFTWARE PRODUCT before you must purchase a
  24. License key. This license is not transferable. The SOFTWARE
  25. PRODUCT must be purchased for each and every computer
  26. system that it is used on.

  28. 2. RESTRICTIONS.
  29. --You must comply with all applicable laws regarding the
  30. use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
  31. --You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble
  32. the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
  33. --You may not rent or lease the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
  34. --You may not distribute copies of the activated SOFTWARE
  35. PRODUCT to third parties.

  37. 3. TERMINATION. Datametrics may terminate this license
  38. agreement if you fail to comply with the terms and
  39. conditions of this license agreement. In such event, you
  40. must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

  42. 4. NO WARRANTY. Any use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is at your
  43. own risk.  To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law,
  44. Datametrics and its suppliers disclaim all warranties and
  45. conditions, either express or implied, including, but not
  46. limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness
  47. for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.

  49. 5. NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.  To the maximum
  50. extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall
  51. Datametrics or its suppliers be liable for any special,
  52. incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever
  53. (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business
  54. profits, business interruption, loss of business information,
  55. or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or
  56. inability to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, even if Datametrics
  57. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

  59. 6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.  Datametrics entire liability and
  60. your exclusive remedy under this License Agreement shall not
  61. exceed your purchase price.
