You can enter Do Not Disturb (DND) mode for any user by inserting him/her in your Black List
Don't panic: Position the mouse over any location and help info will be displayed
If you don't want to receive calls, check "Don't show me as On-line" box in the Options menu
You can change the IRIS Phone user interface from the Options dialog, Interface tab
