  15. wonderful little program that uses advanced instructions 
  16. found in Intel, Cyrix, AMD and IDT CPUs (Pentium or later)
  17. to make them run much cooler, without any loss in performance
  18. or stability! Instead of replacing your fan/heatsink combo,
