  16. Rain is the latest CPU cooler from Leading Wintech. What makes
  17. it different from Waterfall (also from Leading Wintech)

  26. Simply extract the zip file to a temporary directory and run the
  27. install.exe file.

  29. The installation automatically detects and optimizes your CPU.

  31. WARNING: IF YOU RUN THE RAIN.EXE FILE DIRECTLY, RAIN WON'T
  32. DETECT YOUR CPU AND MIGHT NOT WORK AT ALL. PLEASE USE THE SHORTCUTS 
  33. CREATED BY THE INSTALLATION UTILITY IN YOUR START MENU, OR USE THE 
  34. MANUAL OPTIMIZATION.
