The Twirl effect creates the impression of having the center portion of the image twisted at a specified angle. The corners and sides of the image are left intact. Drag the Degrees slider to set the number of degrees for the twirl. Select the Clockwise option to cause the image to twist in a clockwise direction and deselect the Clockwise option to cause the image to twist in a counterclockwise direction. High Quality uses weighted averaging to create a smoother effect.
