WinPaint-256 is a full featured paint program for Microsoft Windows.

Requires Microsoft Windows 3.1 or later, a minimum of 2MB memory (4MB recommended). Availability of 256 color mode is dependent upon the capabilities of your video card and monitor, and upon the video device driver selected in your Windows Setup.
