If you are strictly a DOS user, or never plan to run Dr. Form
in Windows, you can skip reading this file.
While Dr. Form is a DOS program, it also runs exceptionally well in
Windows. Now Dr. Form comes with it's own Windows setup program.
This program is WINSET.EXE.
WINSET will create a Program Group and Icon for Dr. Form to run
in Windows. (There are actually two Icons supplied, and you may change
between them using Windows' Program Manager)
You can install Dr. Form directly from Windows by running INSTALL.EXE.
After the installation process, WINSET will run automatically "if"
it hasn't previously installed a Dr. Form Group. You can also skip the
WINSET program and come back later and run it.
Since Dr. Form is a DOS program, WINSET had to be preconfigured
to use the default directory of C:\DR_FORM, and C:\WINDOWS (for Windows).
We estimate that this covers about 95% of our users. If you installed
Dr. Form in a different directory, or if you have Windows in a different
directory, you can manually create your own Program Group and Icon from
within Windows itself. See the manual for complete details on this.
