  13.                  SHAREWARE MARKETING AND DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT
  14.                  ----------------------------------------------

  16. Software Vision is the sole copyright holder of PhotoVision Pro,
  17. and it reserves all rights to the program. However, the shareware
  18. version of PhotoVision Pro may be distributed, as long as the following
  19. restrictions are observed:
  20.  
  21.   1. PhotoVision Pro must be distributed in its entirety and without any
  22.      modifications.
  23.   2. Anybody distributing PhotoVision Pro must disclose the following
  24.      points in their literature or on the package:
  25.        a. The cost paid for the evaluation shareware disks is to cover
  26.           the disk vendor's distribution and marketing costs, and does
  27.           not cover the cost of the software.
  28.        b. Additional payment to the software publisher (author) is
  29.           required if the user continues to use a shareware program
  30.           beyond the evaluation period.
  31.   3. Any entity (disk vendors, rack vendors, BBS's, etc.) already
  32.      distributing older versions of PhotoVision Pro must replace the
  33.      old version in their library with the new version (whether acquired
  34.      directly from Software Vision, or through a different channel) within
  35.      30 days of receipt/acquisition of the new version.  If the program
  36.      version you have is older than 2 years (see "About" in the Help menu,
  37.      for copyright year), please contact us to obtain the current version.
  38.   4. PhotoVision Pro may not be used to promote or in conjunction with 
  39.      any illegal or otherwise morally offensive images (such as 
  40.      pornographic images).

  43. Pro including commercial disk vendors, rack vendors, BBS operators, user
  44. groups, or individuals.

  110.        PhotoVision Pro for Windows is an advanced image manipulation,
  111.     enhancement, conversion, slideshow, and capture program.
  112.        PhotoVision Pro offers control over brightness, sharpness, contrast,
  113.     hue, saturation, histogram, colors, palette, and  every aspect of
  114.     image manipulation, just to mention a few of the program's many
  115.     image effects and transformations.
  116.        PhotoVision Pro provides amazing special effects such as: pixelize,
  117.     posterize, blur, edge enhancement and detect, vibrate, charcoal,
  118.     negative, erode, dilate, noise reduction, and much more.  You can
  119.     also define your own filters of up to 10x10 matrix each.
  120.        You can rotate at any angle (in 100-th degree increment), flip,
  121.     mirror, resize, crop, and even cut images or regions.
  122.        PhotoVision Pro can convert between any image format to any other

  141.     Pro lets you specify exactly the amount of compression versus quality
  142.     to apply.  This feature is great if you have to transmit large images
  143.     by modem. (Normally, generic file compression programs (such as PKZIP
  144.     or LHARC) cannot compress 24-bit images significantly.)
  145.        You can change or optimize an image's palette or its color
  146.     representation. You can change the colors of an image among 1, 4, 8,
  147.     16, 24, or 32 bits using these dithering methods: Burkes, Floyd-Stein,
  148.     Sierra, Stucki, Stevenson-Arche, Jarvis.
  149.        Capture screens, areas, entire windows or client areas and bring
  150.     them into a PhotoVision Pro window.
  151.        You can even scan images directly into PhotoVision Pro using any 
  152.     TWAIN supported scanner.
  153.        PhotoVision Pro allows you to work on multiple images at the same
  154.     time in separate windows.  You can view an image at any magnification
  155.     level between 5% and 2000%.  PhotoVision Pro also provides a magnifi-
  156.     cation by which the image is automatically scaled to fit in the window.
  157.        PhotoVision Pro is very easy to use, with an easy to use icon bar,
  158.     a status line, and fly-over hints. PhotoVision Pro also has a pop-up 
  159.     menu invoked with the right button on your mouse.  PhotoVision Pro has
  160.     detailed on-line help covering every feature of the program.
  161.        PhotoVision Pro includes a powerful slideshow feature.  You select 
  162.     which images to show, and then PhotoVision Pro does the rest. You can 
  163.     even apply anyone of the 20 different transition effects when displaying 
  164.     the image (for example, you can have your image spiral into the screen, 
  165.     or have it appear as random pixels of customizable size, just to mention 
  166.     just two of the 20 different effects.) You also have precise control 
  167.     over the screen location of each image, screen background color.
