  5. Description:

  7.  Any Speed helps you to define the data transfer speed in a 
  8.  network.
  9.  With this program you can measure the real transfer speed
  10.  between Internet provider and your computer and define
  11.  the time when Internet speed is highest.
  12.  Also Any Speed can measure speed of a local network or a
  13.  CD ROM driver, and shows the results in a graphical kind.
  14.  Any Speed puts the results in the trend file and can build
  15.  the trend chart of any day.
  16.  Any Speed allows you to connect to a Dial-Up Network with
  17.  much greater ease. It'll automatically press connect for
  18.  you on the Connect To dialog box.
  19.  With Any Speed you can run a programs when network speed has
  20.  some value.  For instance it allows you to run Microsoft
  21.  Exchange when network connection is established.

  26.  80386/486 based IBM PC compatible computer (or higher).
  27.  4MB of free memory;
  28.  2MB free disk space;
  29.  Microsoft Windows 95, or Windows NT 4.0;

  31.  A color monitor with a VGA card is recommended.
  32.  Microsoft TCP/IP Protocol (for the Internet speed
  33.  measurement). Other stacks are not supported.

  37.  Any Speed is distributed as Shareware. This is not Freeware or 
  38.  Public Domain. You may use the shareware version for 30 days.
  39.  If after 30 days you would like to continue using it, then You 
  40.  should purchase a license. After you pay, you receive Registration
  41.  Name and Registration key from the author to tell Any Speed that
  42.  you have paid the shareware fee.

  46.  Paying for Any Speed is fairly simple. Open the Register program, that
  47.  accompanies Any Speed, by starting up the file REGISTER.EXE. Enter your 
  48.  name, your email address, and the number of single user licenses you
  49.  desire for each program you wish to purchase. Save or Copy or Print
  50.  the data from the Register program and send the data and payment
  51.  to Kagi Shareware. For further information open the REGISTER.HLP file.

  67. Installation:
  68. -------------
  69.  Run AnySpStp.exe program and follow the instructions.
  70.  Then add Any Speed to your Startup group (folder) by right
  71.  clicking on the Start button and selecting explore. Go to programs/startup and put the shortcut
  72.  of ANYSPEED.EXE in the folder.

  81.  Start ANYSPEED.EXE from Windows environment (by double click in

  84. Uninstallation:

  86.  Run UNINSTAL.EXE program or manually 
  87.  delete all files in the directory created for Any Speed
  88.  and delete the directory too.
  89.  Delete shortcut of Any Speed from your Startup group (folder).
  90.  Run REGEDIT.EXE program and delete key 
  91.  HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\PySoft\TestDrv
  92.  from the registry.

  96.  Any Speed may be distributed freely in its original unmodified and
  97.  unregistered form. The distribution have to include all files of its
  98.  original distribution.
