  12. You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using this
  13. software.  The installation and use use of this software indicates your
  14. acceptance of this license agreement and you accept, that no warranties of
  15. whatever kind are given.

  18. Unlimited Version

  20. One registered copy of CodedDrag may either be used by a single person who uses
  21. the software personally on one or more computers, or installed on a single
  22. workstation used nonsimultaneously by multiple people, but not both.

  24. You may access the unlimited version of CodedDrag through a network, provided
  25. that you have obtained individual licenses for the software covering all
  26. workstations that will access the software through the network.  For instance,
  27. if 5 different workstations will access CodedDrag on the network, each
  28. workstation must have its own CodedDrag license, regardless of whether they
  29. use CodedDrag at different times or concurrently.

  54. is lost or if the encrypted files are beeing modified by e.g. virus attacks
  55. or system crashes caused by any reason.

  57. The developers declare NOT to have implemented any backdoor. The encryption
  58. algorithms of Eric Young are used in CodedDrag and therefore the implied
  59. security provided by these implementations.

  61. Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be thoroughly tested
  62. with non-critical data before relying on it. The user must assume the entire
  63. risk of using the program.  
  64. ANY LIABILITY OF THE DEVELOPER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT
  65. REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.

  67. This encryption software is develped to protect your data. The security of the
  68. encrypted files only depends on the key, so the key should be wisely chosen and
  69. well protected.

  76. This is not completely free software.  Subject to the terms below, you are
  77. hereby licensed to use this software for evaluation purposes without charge
  78. until June 30th 1998. Use of CodedDrag after that date will only(!) allow you 
  79. the decryption of files.

  81. If you want to obtain an unlimited version of this software, a donation of
  82. US$ 29  or  DM 53  or  ATS 370  is expected. This donation would honour our
  83. efforts and would contribute to our intention of further developings. No rights
  84. however on such developments are implied by your donation. Payment must be in
  85. US dollars or DM or ATS and should be sent to
