  3. On February 3, 1997 Judge James L. Graham held that defendants'
  4. practice of continuing to send junk email to CompuServe email
  5. addresses, after having received repeated requests to stop doing so
  6. from CompuServe, constitutes an actionable trespass to chattel under
  7. law.

  9. I am now, like Compuserve requesting that you stop sending me junk
  10. email. If you do not desist, you will suffer injunctions and award of
  11. substantial legal costs against you.
