  5. You should carefully read the following terms and conditions
  6. before using this software.  Your use of this software 
  7. indicates your acceptance of this license agreement
  8. and warranty.

  10. Unregistered (Shareware) Version

  12. This software is not free.  Subject to the terms below, you are
  13. hereby licensed to use this software for evaluation purposes
  14. without charge for a period of 30 days.  If you use this software
  15. after the 30-day evaluation period registration is required.

  17. Unregistered use of this software after the 30-day evaluation 
  18. period is in violation of U.S. and international copyright laws.

  20. You are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the Shareware 
  21. version of this software and documentation as you wish; give exact 
  22. copies of the original Shareware version to anyone; and distribute 
  23. the Shareware version of the software and documentation in its
  24. unmodified form via electronic means.  There is no charge for any
  25. of the above.

  59. any defects in the software, even if they have been advised of the 
  60. possibility of such damages.
