  3. Amiglobe 98 is a world atlas and database with information about 200 countries.
  4. It is an update from Amiglobe v1.00.
  5. You can choose from four map projections including flat, Peter's,Mercator's or 
  6. spherical. You can easily zoom in on any area to display cities,rivers, and main
  7. peaks. You can also quickly locate a city or country on the map using a drop down
  8. list. Amiglobe features a wealth of information about each country. The main
  9. information screen displays a map of the country and the flag, and lets you click
  10. a button to hear the national anthem play. It also displays general information
  11. such as area, population, density, capital city, GNP, and GNP per capita.
  12. You can click tabs to learn more about a country's geography, history, people,
  13. government, economy, transportation, and military. 
  14. Amiglobe works on intel x86 or compatible, Windows 95/NT systems.

  18. Amiglobe is cardware. This version is complete and does not need registration.
