  11. Description

  13. This program is a little tool  that sits in the Windows tray (that's
  14. where  your clock  is). When  you right-click  it, an Office97-style
  15. (this  means  including  the  icons)  menu  pops  up  with  all  the
  16. shortcuts,  links and  programs on   your dekstop.  If you  click or
  17. doubleclick  (customizable) the  launch98  icon,  it will  start any
  18. program you  choose(normal, maximized or minimized).  I suggest that
  19. you place the program in your startup folder.

  21. Uninstall information
  22. ---------------------
  23. Just delete the launch98.exe. The  program doesn't make any registry
  24. or ini entries.

  26. Why  I wrote  this
  27. ----------------
  28. I started developing this toolbecause I coudn't find one that fitted
  29. my needs. If you can think of  some other cool feature for it, don't
  30. hesitate to contact me. (email below)

  34. Launch98  is full  freeware.It does   not expire.  You may  use this
  35. program at your  own risk. Distribution must be  free. (but it would
  36. be nice if I knew about it)
